【舊】大阪宇治園的紅豆湯
天氣漸漸入秋了，雖然還是有著秋老虎的悶熱，但是晚上涼風吹起時，已有一陣涼意。這個時候，來一晚熱呼呼的紅豆湯，也是不錯的享受。
有一年去日本關西旅行時，是寒冷的12月，除了穿上厚厚的羽毛外套防寒，吃東西暖身，當然是個好方法啦！不過日本的鍋類料理種類變化不多（相較台灣的），不然就是用餐費用極高，吃了一餐可能就要餓兩餐；熱呼呼的拉麵也是個不錯的選擇，可是吃多了容易膩。所以找間喫茶店喝咖啡、茶甚至紅豆湯，變成我們暖身歇息的新方法。
這間「宇治園」，是專賣日本茶的茶鋪，還附設喫茶店「喫茶去」。我和小花在大阪的心齋橋商店街逛累了，想找地方歇息時，就發現了這個地方。「喫茶去」位於狹長型店舖的內側，客人不多，相較外面街上人來人往的，「喫茶去」彷如一個寂靜的祕密空間。唯一的缺點，大概就是店裡沒有禁煙吧！
早知道日本的甜食，其甜份可是我們可接受的兩三倍以上，所以在點餐時，我刻意選擇加了抹茶湯汁的「抹茶ぜんざい」，希望抹茶的苦味能壓下過甜的糖味；小花點的是「もちぜんざい」，就是紅豆湯裡放上烤過的麻糬，別有口感。

我的「抹茶ぜんざい」，原本的紅豆湯汁用抹茶湯取代，抹茶湯汁沒有想像中的苦澀，還是帶著甜味，而且也甜膩得嚇人，看來我的如意算盤是打錯了。另外托盤上的配料比較少，只有一杯用來平衡過甜味覺的茶，不過湯碗中還有大驚奇，就是秋季的特產：栗子。暖暖紅豆湯加上鬆軟的栗子，真是好吃！

（もちぜんざい）
小花點的「もちぜんざい」，是很一般的日式紅豆湯，但是加上「もち」，就有幾分台灣「紅豆湯圓」的感覺。最令人意外的，是托盤上的配料可真不少。除了常見的鹽昆布外，還有一杯帶著紫蘇香氣的白湯，也是鹹的。日本人真懂得善用鹹甜互相襯托又彼此平衡的味覺，讓這過甜的紅豆湯，不至於一喝就膩，會想慢慢搭配著將湯點吃完。
這間「喫茶去」不算是名店，茶與餐點也很一般平價，也不是會讓旅人驚艷想一去再去的店。不過旅行的途中，這樣找間日常生活的小店歇息，算是我旅行的樂趣之一囉。
