阿拉伯全羊頭風味餐

阿拉伯朋友生日請大家到一家以吃全羊頭聞名的餐廳吃全羊頭大餐。全羊頭餐矝貴，不是隨便去吃。早已聞其名，卻沒有意欲一人出動去品嘗。要好好跟他們學習如何品嘗。
一般情況下，每人吃上半個羊頭。羊頭浸在上湯內燉上大半天至頭蓋裏外組識稔熟，然後攫起，用大刀把頭腦砍開兩份，分別上碟，裏面的內容清楚可見，再用湯匙一啖一啖細細品嘗、或將羊腦漿塗在麵包上、又或是用手撕開來吃。我吃不上半個羊頭，要求與他們一同分享。朋友說羊眼最好吃，堅持要讓給我。我怕不會欣賞，再三婉拒。她很客氣地把羊眼送到我碟上，這趟非吃不可了。用湯匙把羊眼先剖開，了解其內容才把它送進口裏。把眼後筋肌、眼角膜、水晶體及眼核也解開來，發現看清楚後更難把它們咽下。朋友再誠意拳拳的趨促我嘗一嘗，這次真的要送進口裏了，感覺一團團滑溜溜的物體在喉管內滑動，像吃魚眼，但是要比魚眼大十倍的羊眼。

真是令人吃驚的一餐，雖然對當地人來說是美食，可是我絲毫不敢恭維XD
